I’ve spent a few overnites in Louisville for work recently (very nice town, great place to visit). On the last trip i worked in a run through the waterfront and found the “Big Four Bridge” which is an old rail-road bridge that was converted into a pedestrian bridge between Kentucky and Indiana over the Ohio River. I was feeling good this day, so i did intervals back and forth over the bridge, ten miles in total. This is a very popular bridge and park with a lot of folks running and walking to either side.
